How Does the Development of Your Unique Louver Work?
Requirements Analysis and Consultation: We review your architectural plans, desired visual effects, and specific building requirements (wind loads, shading, ventilation). Design and 3D Modeling: Based on your specifications, we develop the optimal shape for the new louver, taking into account structural integrity, wall thickness, and mounting method.
Extrusion Tooling: Once the design is approved, we produce a dedicated tool (die) for aluminum extrusion. Prototype and Production: We perform a test extrusion and proceed with series production of your profiles using premium aluminum alloys. Surface Treatment and Installation: The profiles are powder-coated in the desired RAL color and professionally installed on-site.
